Your container must be sat out by 6:00 a.m. the morning of your pick up to ensure it is collected. All containers MUST be removed from the collection site within 12 hours after the collection service has been performed.
All bagged waste needs to be placed inside of the Rosie roller. Extra items that are next to or on top of the Rosie roller could disrupt your collection. If you have additional trash, boxes, or large items, please call to schedule a special pick up at (765) 983-7450 Option 3.
Proper placement of your container is to have the lid opening facing the street and placed on level ground at the edge of the alley or street. You must have a three (3) feet clearance from any obstructions such as a second rosie container, vehicles, mailboxes, trees, and utility poles. If you have further questions about the proper way to place your container please call (765) 983-7450 Option 2.
