Operating hours for Scales are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Resource Recovery hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Commercial, Industrial and residential waste generated outside the Richmond Sanitary District will be charged the following fees for all waste accepted by the Landfill for disposal subject to a minimum fee of $4.50, to-wit.
