The City of Richmond Code Enforcement Department is requesting a quote for the services of an Unsafe Building Demolition. Bids may be mailed or dropped off to the City of Richmond, ATTN: Kara Noe, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374, and must be in a sealed envelope with Project name on the outside and must include a Certificate of Insurance and completed E-verify form.
