The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified and experienced engineering firm to provide Preliminary Engineering, Right-of-Way Engineering, and Bid Preparation Assistance for its multimodal path extension project, “The Loop – Phase III.” This project will extend Phase I and connect downtown Richmond to the near west side. The extension will run west along Main Street to SW 8th Street, continue to SW 13th Street, and connect south to National Road at the existing crosswalk near Earlham College. The path will also extend south from Main Street at SW 13th Street to National Road. The Loop – Phase III Bid Documents
The City of Richmond, Indiana is seeking proposals from qualified web development firms to design, develop, and support a new municipal website. The site must reflect the City’s new brand identity, be fully ADA compliant (WCAG 2.2 Level AA), and include secure backend management with integrations such as live ArcGIS dashboards, BS&A, online forms, and other municipal systems. The goal is to create a secure, responsive, and user-friendly platform that connects residents and businesses while enabling efficient content and data management.
Proposals are due March 20, 2026, at 4:59 p.m. Questions must be submitted by March 10, 2026, to Lindsay Darnell at ldarnell@richmondindiana.gov. Proposals should be submitted to Kara Noe, Purchasing Manager, 50 N. 5th St., Richmond, Indiana 47374. The anticipated contract award date is April 1, 2026.
