USBR 50 connects the Illinois border in the west to the Ohio border in the east. It follows the route of The Ride Across, which passes through rolling hills and agricultural land and many bike friendly communities in central Indiana. USBR 50 intersects USBR 35 in Indianapolis, the largest city and capital of Indiana, where cyclists can explore the city’s seven cultural districts and historic sites, as well as its growing bicycle infrastructure. The path through Richmond follows West Main Street, South 13th Street, and South L Street.
