March 18th, 2021

RICHMOND, IN. – Every year, as the weather warms and turns from winter to spring, families in Richmond begin planning for the summer. This year, the Richmond Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce a new and convenient way to assist community members - Richmond Parks Online Services! This new online platform will allow anyone to reserve shelters and facilities, enroll in camps and activities, purchase memberships, check league statuses, schedule your special event for the community and make donations.

“As we continue to work on our Park Master Plan, online services rated high with our community and why we chose to make this project a priority right out of the gate.  We are very excited to offer this convenience in hopes that everyone will take advantage of this new opportunity to engage with our offerings at any time, from anywhere.” said Denise Retz, Parks Superintendent

Residents and community members can now take advantage of Richmond Parks Online Services by visiting parks.richmondindiana.gov on their PC or mobile device. Once online, users can make an account for themselves, add dependent children or other family members, and begin using the system fully. Some of the features available now include shelter reservations, Cordell Municipal Pool season passes, Middlefork Reservoir annual launches, Richmond Senior Community Center memberships, JUKO registrations, and much more! Additional activities and options will be added in the coming weeks, so all are encouraged to check the site frequently.

The Richmond Parks & Recreation Department hopes all members of the community will take advantage of this new opportunity to streamline the facility reservation process and centralize all events and activities hosted by the Department into a single area.
