Parks Department resumes standard rental refund procedures

As of September 10, 2020, the Richmond Parks and Recreation Department will be returning to their original facility rental refund policy.
Refunds are available only in the event of Park closing or if the Park Office is notified twenty (20) days prior to the date the facility was reserved. There will be a 20% service charge for all reservation refunds. No refunds and/or rain dates are available due to cancellations or inclement weather.
