Richmond, IN- The Richmond Parks and Recreation Department’s annual facility reservation opening day, “BLITZ DAY” will be rescheduled from November 4th to January 13th, 2021 for the following reasons:

1. A conflicting software upgrade and training required to allow facility reservations to be made through an upcoming online platform.
2. Due to COVID-19 and to assure patron safety, customers are not permitted into the Park Office at this time.

Customers should contact the Park and Recreation Office at 765-983-PARK to reserve prior to the January 13th scheduled “BLITZ DAY”.  Richmond Parks and Recreation is looking forward to serving the Richmond community in 2021 for all reservation needs.
