We invite the community to come help us remove downed trees for personal use during Wood Weekend.
Wood Weekend will be held February 4, 2023 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. To participate, visit the Parks Office in Glen Miller Park to sign up for a permit and fill out necessary paperwork.
Only 50 permits will be issued on a first come, first serve basis, so apply for a permit as soon as possible. ach permit can have up to 4 participants that must ride in the same vehicle to and from the park.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older.No heavy equipment will be allowed, and remember to bring your own chainsaw!
