Info Meeting for Farmers Market Vendors

Dear Partners and Friends of the Richmond Farmers Market:

The Richmond Farmers Market team has been hard at work to prepare for the 2021 Summer Market. We're excited and we know that this year is going to be bigger, better, and more successful than ever before!

There's a lot of information to communicate and discuss, including some updates to our Rules & Guidelines, and we would like to invite any interested party to attend our Pre-Market Vendor Webinar on March 31st from 6 to 8pm.

This meeting will be held via Zoom, a common online meeting/webinar tool, and also simulcast to our RFM Facebook Page. If you do not have a reliable internet connection - that’s ok! You can call in using your telephone and listen to the audio.

This meeting will provide you with "one stop shopping" for the 2021 season of the Summer Richmond Farmers Market, highlighting pertinent information that will lend to the success of the Market as a whole. If you are unable to attend, it will also be recorded to view at a later date

During this meeting, we will be going over planned changes to the Rules & Guidelines, and also updated information regarding our COVID-19 Modified Operating Procedures.

Before the Pre-Market Meeting, all are welcome to review the updated Rules & Guidelines and fill out your application for the Summer 2021 season.

Paper applications are also available for pickup at the Richmond Parks Department Office (located in Glen Miller Park) or at the Market booth on Saturdays.

If you are interested in becoming a NEW season pass vendor, we will hold a virtual lottery at this meeting for open spaces.
To reserve a season pass spot, a completed Vendor Application must be completed by this date (even if you have participated in the Market in the past!).
On your application, please select a season pass option to be entered in the lottery. Plan to attend the webinar to select your spot once your name is picked.
After the meeting, you will receive an invoice via email for your Season Pass Booth Fee. This invoice is confirmation that your application has been conditionally approved (pending payment).
Payment of at least 50% of your season pass fee will be due on or before April 17th, 2021, and the other 50% by May 1st, 2021 (the first Summer Market)

If you plan to attend this Summer as a Daily Pass Vendor, a completed application must be submitted and approved before your first Market.
