This Wednesday, our weekly concert series returns to Elstro Plaza for Food Truck/Eat Local Wednesdays, thanks to Richmond Parks and our series sponsor, The Quigg Fund! This week's featured band is Whiskey Shambles (duo), of Cincinnati.
LaTanya Foster and Nathan Singer of Cincinnati's award-winning blues band, The Whiskey Shambles will make their Richmond debut. Come down to Elstro Plaza and give them a warm welcome!
