This Wednesday, July 28th, our weekly concert series continues in Elstro Plaza for Food Truck/Eat Local Wednesdays, thanks to Richmond Parks and our series sponsor, The Quigg Fund! This week's featured artist was voted the number 1 classic rock band from Dayton , Ohio in 2017. Flashback Band plays a great mix of top dance and rock music from each era.
