As of October 13th, IHCDA re-opened their rental assistance portal The portal will be used to accept applications for the Emergency Solutions Grant CARES Act (ESG-CV) rental assistance program and can provide eligible renters with up to 6 months in rental assistance to help cover past due and ongoing monthly rent payments. Centerstone, Horizon House, 47 South 15th Street, 877-467-3123. Horizon House is a drop-in center providing adults in the community a safe place to connect with necessary resources in the community. Linkages and referrals can be made by the on-site Recovery Coach. Access to computers, phones, kitchen for preparing food, laundry and shower are on-site.
