Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance Program: Are you or someone you know behind on rent because of the COVID-19 Pandemic? Are you a landlord with tenants who have fallen behind on rent because of the COVID-19 Pandemic? Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) Program is here to help! IERA can provide you with up to 12 months of rental assistance. Those who qualify may also receive utility and/or home energy assistance. This includes help with paying past due utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash) and home energy (fuel oil, wood, coal, pellets, and propane) expenses along with internet assistance for past due expenses.

Low Income Household Water Assistance Program: a temporary emergency program that will help low-income households and families afford water and wastewater services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is designed to help low-income households and does not require proof of COVID-19 hardship to apply.

Centerstone, Horizon House, 47 South 15th Street, 877-467-3123. Horizon House is a drop-in center providing adults in the community a safe place to connect with necessary resources in the community. Linkages and referrals can be made by the on-site Recovery Coach. Access to computers, phones, kitchen for preparing food, laundry and shower are on-site.
