Transition Resources Corporation Distributing CARES Act ESG-CV Funding for District 9. They have Rental Assistance which provides homeless prevention to individuals affected by the pandemic, and Rapid Rehousing, which provides assistance to currently homeless individuals and families. Wayne Township Trustee Providing two levels of rental/mortgage/utility assistance: support that is not COVID-19 related and support that is COVID-19 related. Depending on household situation, applicants may qualify for both. Call 973-9392 or 969-2371.

Centerstone, Horizon House, 47 South 15th Street, 877-467-3123. Horizon House is a drop-in center providing adults in the community a safe place to connect with necessary resources in the community. Linkages and referrals can be made by the on-site Recovery Coach. Access to computers, phones, kitchen for preparing food, laundry and shower are on-site.
