The Billing office for the Richmond Sanitary District will be closed to the public daily beginning today, 11/23/2020, and going through 11/25/2020 and closed 11/26/2020 through 11/27/2020. We will reopen 11/30/2020. Online bill pay and over the phone payments are still available .
