Richmond Paratransit is a van transportation service that helps meet the needs of the mobility impaired in Richmond. It provides local public transportation services within the city limits of Richmond for Senior, Handicapped, and Disabled persons who cannot ride a fixed-route vehicle. Paratransit is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, a Federal Civil Rights Law.
Service is available for those 60 years of age and older, and or those under 60 with a disability.
Seniors may schedule rides Monday-Friday 8: am - 4 pm
Disabled may schedule rides Monday-Friday 6:15 am-5:45 pm, Saturday 9:15 am-4:45 pm
24-hour minimum requested to schedule a trip. Service is within the city limits of Richmond, Indiana.
