Skip is a farm kid with a Degree in Engineering and a lifelong resident of Wayne County. Growing up in a rural setting gave him an appreciation for the natural world.  He is glad to have a leadership role at Richmond Power & Light and contributing to environmental stewardship with the utility and this commission.
